You should be aware of the area where your main shut off valve is positioned within your property.
Should you have any water leaks in your property, shut off the water mains immediately.
Once the water mains has been shut off, open up both hot and cold water taps at your kitchen sink. This will stop any leaks that you have on hot and cold services within your property.
If the leak is on the central heating circuit, this will soon stop as the system pressure will drop.
Once you have completed the steps above, please give us a call on 07514472165 for further assistance.

NO HEAT / NO HOT WATER
Firstly check the water pressure in your heating system. If a pressure gauge is fitted into the hot press (usually when boiler is located into the loft) check that the pressure is just above 1 BAR (Picture 6 & 8)
PLEASE WATCH OUR VIDEO ON HOW TO TOP UP YOUR PRESSURE AS BELOW.
If the black marker on the pressure gauge is low (Picture 1 & 5) - go to the filling loop (the silver flexible hose usually beside the gauge).
Open the black valves slightly (Pictures 2-4). The gauge will now start to rise.
Bring the pressure to slightly over 1 BAR then ensure to close both valves again.
The boiler will start itself once this is complete - See pictures 1-6 below.
If no pressure gauge is fitted, use the gauge on the boiler display (Picture 7 & 8).
Press the + or - buttons below the boiler display to light up the display blue. This will allow you to see the display more clearly.
Using the same technique for filling loop as above, open the valves until the shaded area on display gauge goes above the bottom dotted line.
Once you have reached this point, close both of the valves on the filling loop. (Picture 8)
Once you have completed the steps above, and you are still having issued with heat and or hot water, follow the next steps...
Check your gas supply - should you have a fault code F28 or F29 on your boiler, it means there is no gas.
PLEASE WATCH OUR VIDEO ON HOW TO TOP CHECK F28 OR F29 AS BELOW.
Take your gas card out to the gas meter at your property.
Press the black button to check meter status. (Picture 9)
If it says OFF - put card into the meter and press and hold the black button until prompted to release.
Once you release the black button, keep the gas card in the meter until it reads ON & IN CREDIT.
Once you see ON & IN CREDIT - reset your boiler, press the button as shown with flame beside it (Picture 10).
